Two lodgings in a small condominium on the ground floor, central but in a quiet location, a short distance (10 min. on foot or via a convenient free shuttle with a stop adjacent to the accommodation) from the Crest cable car of the Monterosa Ski area and from the Monterosa Thermal Baths. Located near the church with shops, bars and restaurants close at hand. Enclosed communal garden available and private terrace. Private covered parking. Cellar for storing skis and boots and bicycles in summer. The apartments are easy to access because they are on the ground floor and consist of: a two-room apartment for 4 people and 1 studio apartment for 3 people adjacent door to door.
Equipped with a covered parking space in the basement of the condominium with the possibility of an internal staircase for direct access to the accommodation. Also in the basement there is the cellar for storing skis, boots and bicycles.
Using the free shuttle (convenient stop at the accommodation) you can also quickly reach the ski slopes of Antagnod, an excellent alternative in case of bad weather or strong wind on the higher lifts of the Monterosa Ski area.
The shuttle is also available in summer to take full advantage of the wide availability of excursions and walks.
Clarifications:
- The availability of the reserved parking space must be checked at the time of booking as it can be associated with both the two-room apartment and the studio apartment. In any case, free parking spaces are available outside the condominium.
- The kitchen is not equipped with condiments for cooking (e.g. oil, salt, etc.)
- The bathtub has a shower
- Additional cleaning costs: 70 € per stay
- Period of July and August: minimum stay 7 nights.
