Restaurant Brasserie Château

Hotel Castello da Bonino has a restaurant, which is decorated in a rustic and elegant style. The restaurant is located on the first floor and close to the spacious kitchen and the bar.

The co-owner Claudia, with twenty years of experience, prepares typical Piedmontese and Valdostan dishes. The daily menu is not particularly rich in dishes, but along with a daily menu, some additional dishes can be prepared.

The co-owner Sandro, who also has twenty years of experience, takes care of the service and selection of wines, which are also produced in the prestigious regions of Piedmont - Aosta Valley.

The most important indigenous grape varieties of the Aosta Valley include:
Nebbiolo and Picotendro; Pinot Gris; Donnas Rosé;
Towers of Aosta; of Aymaville and of Villeneuve;
Fumin of Aymaville and Introd;
Muscat of Chambave; Petit Arvine of Aosta.
