The B&B Le Temps d’une pause occupies part of what, once, was the first Champorcher hydroelectric plant, built in 1926. After a renovation it is now a beautiful house surrounded by greenery of the pine forest in Chardonney. The interiors were made using stones of the place and larch planks derived from old Central floors, then treated with natural oils and essences. The combination of wood and stone gives the B&B a typical mountain appearance that combined with the external environment, makes it the ideal place for a break from the hustle and bustle of the everyday life. Thanks to its position, the B&B allows in summer to make beautiful walks through meadows, lakes and unspoilt nature of the Mont Avic Park and Alta via n ° 2, and in winter to ski in the ski resort of Champorcher, situated 200 meters from the structure and in the 5km of the ski slope located at 50mt.
